We bought this home for our daughter and grand daughter and set out to make it the perfect for them in this safe and friendly area close to the beaches. The inside is just beautiful and lives like a larger home with 3 generous bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a beautiful screened room off the kitchen for morning coffee or end of the day glass of wine. The kitchen has new glass front cabinets with hidden and soft close doors, topped in killer granite and finished with crystal white appliances. There is not a shred of carpet in the home and we made it extra special for them with lots of trim work to give it a high end cottage feel. We really put our heart and soul into every detail for our two special girls but as we all know, life has it?s twist and turns. There is a 30 year roof added in 2016, all new soft water system, as well as a new electrical box. There should be nothing for you to do but to enjoy this pretty house.
